Effective July1,2025, Ventolin HFA 90 mcg/actuation is non-formulary for HAP HAP will coverAlbuterol Sulfate Inhalation HFA Aerosol Inhaler 90mcg/actuation (generics to ProAir and Proventil). This affects all HAP Commercial members.
